The structure of the Arto is Aluminium/Styrofoam/Aluminium composite panel with a heavy aluminium frame. This means that the rear panel is non structural.

Sorry, kind of a jump here. I was on a roll and forgot to take any pictures of making the slide box!
It is made from GRP/Styrofoam/GRP composite panel that is very light and strong. The whole assembly is bonded together with Sikaflex and reinforced with aluminium angle screwed every 150mm. The roof slopes by 30mm from front to rear and the slide re-uses the original rear panel. I bonded wood blocks into the side panels where the cable brackets were to be mounted.
